What are the Check-In/Check-Out Timings?
The standard Vista check-in time is 12:00 pm and the standard Vista check-out time is 11:00 am.
However, we understand that customers might need flexibility to fit their schedules. With this in mind, the following policy is applied
Early check-in between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm is allowed without any extra charges subject to availability. However, guests arriving before 7 am will be charged for one extra night.
Vista Rooms accommodates late check-outs up to 3:00 pm at no extra charge, subject to availability. However, guests checking out after 3:00 pm will be charged for one extra night at the full nightly rate.

How Can I Reach a Vista Room?
We try to ensure that every effort is made to ensure you reach your Vista Room in the smoothest was possible. To facilitate this, we offer the following services.
-A Google Maps link is shared with every booking voucher.
-The directions to the destination and a Google Maps link are shared via SMS with guests upon booking.
-24x7 customer support is available for our guests in case of difficulty
How Can I Book a Vista Room?
Booking a Vista Room is simple and instant.

-Soon, you will also be able to book through select registered travel agents
Once the booking is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email along with a reference number. The booking reference number needs to be shown at the hotel whilst checking in.
How Do I Make a Payment for my Booking?
There are several ways to make a payment for your Vista Rooms reservation. We currently accept the following methods:

What is the On-Call Concierge Service?
Our on-call concierge services are there to help you with any other travel related requirements you may have. These include things such as ticket reservations, cab bookings & activity bookings. To provide this service, Vista Rooms charges a very small fee.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We kindly request our guests to inform us of any cancellations at the earliest time possible. This can be done by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling +91 7676879879.
Vista Rooms applies the following cancellation policy on all booking:
-A full refund is provided only if the reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
-In case of refunds, amount will be transferred in the vista wallet.
